2. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: All refundable items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition:
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all protective materials and documentation intact.
    • Furniture showing signs of assembly wear, scratches, or misuse will not qualify.
  • Niche Considerations:
    • Large or custom tables require an inspection—returns may incur a 10% restocking fee to cover specialized handling.

3. Non-Returnable or Exempt Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or made-to-order tables and finishes
  • Clearance or outlet items marked “Final Sale”
  • Digital downloads (e.g., assembly guides)
  • Gift cards
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

4. Return Process

    • Use the carrier specified on your label (UPS or FedEx).
    • Keep your tracking number until your refund is complete.
