As a dedicated provider of furniture coffee tables, we ensure that our shipping practices align with the size, weight, and protection needs of each product, while offering you convenient, transparent service.
2. Order Processing Time
- Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Cutoff Time: To qualify for same-day processing, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (UTC−07:00 Pacific Time).
- Peak Seasons & Holidays: During peak seasons (e.g., November–December) or major holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you if extended delays are expected.

Note: Large or ultra-heavy coffee tables may incur slightly longer transit times (an extra 1–2 days) to ensure safe handling and specialized carrier scheduling.
4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Standard Rates: Calculated at checkout based on dimensional weight and destination ZIP code.
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $1,200 within the contiguous U.S.
- Regional Surcharges: Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional fees; these will be displayed before order confirmation.
5. Tracking Orders
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal (e.g., UPS Tracking, FedEx Tracking).
- For White-Glove Delivery, a delivery coordinator will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
6. International Shipping and Customs
- Delivery Estimates:
- Canada/Europe/Australia: 10–15 business days
- Asia/South America: 15–20 business days
- Customs & Duties: Import taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility. Delays may occur if duties are unpaid.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
- Weather & Force Majeure: Severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions may cause delays. We recommend checking tracking updates regularly.
- High-Demand Periods: During peak sale events, expect an extra 1–3 days of transit time.
- Problem Resolution: If tracking shows “exception” or no movement for 5+ business days, please contact us (see §10 below) for assistance.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- Inspect on Delivery: Please inspect the package upon arrival.
- Report Damage: For visible damage, sign the delivery receipt as “DAMAGED” and email photos to support@purepolishpro.com within 48 hours.
- Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your table, contact us immediately. We’ll initiate a claim with the carrier.
- Insurance Options: We offer optional insurance for high-value orders—select at checkout for $49 per shipment.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Before Shipping: You may modify or cancel your order up to 2:00 PM (PT) on the processing day. Email support@purepolishpro.com or call +1 (385) 415-2998.
- After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, we cannot reroute or cancel it; you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy after delivery. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for cancellations of White-Glove services.
